-Old mouse droppings, debris and dust observed on surfaces in the first floor bar and basement. Repeat Violation.
49 Violation of Code: [46.825(b)-(e)] -Observed the warewash sink draining onto the floor or of the grease trap. Warewash sink may not be used to clean dishes,utensils and equipment. The warewash machine must be used to clean all multiuse utensils, dishes and equipment.
