8 Violation of Code: [46.981(h)] Soap and paper towels were not observed at the handwash sink. New Violation.
8 Violation of Code: [46.981(h)] The handwash sink in the blocked by beer bottles and not accesible at all times for employee use. New Violation.
8 Violation of Code: [46.981(h)] Hot water was not available for use at time of inspection. Management initiated immediate corrective action by turning the valve on. Corrected On-Site.
11 Violation of Code: [46.201] Numerous potentially hazardous frozen food items observed in freezer were expired. Expiration dates from November 2018. Management discarded expired items. Corrected On-Site.
Remarks Establishment was observed selling tobacco products without a tobacco retailer permit. Discontinue all retail tobacco and tobacco product sales.
Establishment was observed repackaging unwrapped candies. Facility is not approved for handling open product, which including pouring of drinks or repackaging food items. This establishment is approved for prepackaged food and beverage items only. Discontinue this process immediately. Completed on Site:4

Statements
This inspection has revealed that the establishment is not in satisfactory compliance. Corrective action is required to eliminate these violations. Compliance status will be assessed upon reinspection.


Due to conditions observed during the inspection, the establishment has agreed to discontinue food operations and voluntarily close until it is approved by the Department to resume operations. Please contact the Sanitarian at the phone number listed below to arrange for an inspection prior to opening.
You are required under Section 6-502 of the Philadelphia Health Code to correct the violations listed as noted above. Your failure to correct these violations may result in the revocation of your health license and other legal action. Reinstatement of a revoked health license will require payment of another license fee.
