11 Violation of Code: [46.245] Severely dented, swollen, distressed canned items (crushed tomatoes) observed in basement storage area.

20 Violation of Code: [46.385(a)(2)] Burgers in the cooking area prep refrigerator was held at 46.2 degrees F rather than 41 degrees F or below as required.
The burgers were discarded because they were stored in this unit over four hours. Corrected On-Site.
26 Violation of Code: [46.1026] Observed rodenticides (poison packet) not enclosed in a tamper resistant trap in the basement storage area.
The packet was removed. Corrected On-Site.
31 Violation of Code: [46.384(c)(d)] Proper cooling methods were not used for potentially hazardous foods. Observed bacon placed hot in the refrigerator in stacked containers.
The containers were moved to the walk in refigerator. Corrected On-Site.
34 Violation of Code: [46.562] Temperature measuring devices for ensuring proper temperatures of equipment are not available or readily accessible in the small bar refrigerator.

51 Violation of Code: [46.922(d)] The second floor men's toilet room does not have a door. There is a wall with an opening. New Violation.
53 Violation of Code: [46.981(a)(b)(c)(g)(n)] Dust, debris and open poison packet on basement floor perimeters behind equipment and under stairs.
